We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.


1. Important Notice

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Guidelines

To be eligible for a return, you must ensure that the product is in its original condition, including all components and packaging, and that it does not show any signs of damage or wear resulting from improper use. If the item is hygiene-sensitive, it must be thoroughly cleaned before returning to meet the necessary hygiene standards. Additionally, any defects or damages must be reported immediately upon receiving the product to be considered for a return. It is important to note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, and any return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order to be processed successfully. 

Once we receive the returned item, we will process it within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is approved.

We reserve the right to reject returns if the items appear used, damaged, or altered from their original condition.

Size Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, Lavencio offers free size swaps. This means we will cover the return shipping costs for size exchange requests. To request a free size swap, please contact us at info@lavencio.com with your order number and the size you require. Our support team will guide you through the process and provide all necessary instructions to complete your exchange smoothly.


3. How to Return an Order

If your return meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

Contact us via email at info@lavencio.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • A photo of the product if it arrived damaged
  • Your full name
  • Your shipping address

Wait for further instructions – We will provide you with the correct return address and additional instructions.

Do not send the return to the sender's address, as this may delay processing.


4. Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the merchandise, in accordance with our cancellation policy. Please note that refunds cannot be processed before the returned items are received due to our automated system.

To cancel an order, please send an email to info@lavencio.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Shipping and Transit Information

Our products are shipped from our international warehouse, which may result in longer delivery times. Once an order is in transit, we are unable to cancel it. We kindly ask you to wait for the delivery of the merchandise before initiating a return request.

If you wish to cancel an order that is already in transit, please inform us and provide the shipping confirmation to expedite the processing once the item is returned.


6. Processing Refunds

Once we receive the returned items, we will process the refund within 7 days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All returns must be shipped to our international returns facility using the instructions provided by our support team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
